APPLIED NUTRITION topics include more general information coupled with my own research results. I emphasize the relations between diet and health/disease in early life for either (farm) animals or humans.
HEALTH PERSPECTIVES topics include a broader discussion of food, nutrition and health issues based on insights from widely different research fields.
