This is a general study course for PhD students. The annual course takes place partly in Copenhagen and partly in China. The purpose is to put our own science (food, medicine, health) into a greater global and science philosophical perspective. By learning about food and health from different perspectives (natural, social and human sciences) the aim is to acknowledge that food is more than just molecules and medicine more than simple physiology.
